Prof. Anil Dattatraya Sahasrabudhe

Anil Sahasrabudhe is the present Chairman of National Educational Technology Forum (NETF), chairman of EC National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and Chairman NBA.
Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe has held several important Academic, Research and Administrative positions at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, Tata Consulting Engineers, North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) and IIT Guwahati. He also served as Director, College of Engineering, Pune (CoEP) since 2006 on deputation from IIT, Guwahati prior to joining as AICTE Chairman. As an academician and researcher in NERIST and IIT Guwahati, and as an administrator in the capacity of Director, CoEP, he has taken up several new initiatives for Academic, Curricular & Co-curricular activities, Entrepreneurship, Research and Good Governance.
Prof Mohammad S. Obaidat

Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat ( Life Fellow of IEEE) is recognized around the World for his pioneering and lasting contributions to several areas in ICT. He is an internationally known academic/researcher/ scientist/scholar. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. He has received extensive research funding and published, to date, over One Thousand (1,200) refereed technical articles —about half of which are journal articles, over 110 books, and 70 Book Chapters. He is the Editor-in-Chief of three scholarly journals and an editor of numerous other international journals. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Wiley International Journal of Communication Systems and Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Wiley Security and Privacy Journal. He is also the founding Advisory Editor of the Cybersecurity and Applications Journal, KeAi.
Moreover, he is founder or co-founder of 5 IEEE International Conferences.
Among his previous positions are Advisor to the President of Philadelphia University for Research, Development and Information Technology, President and Chair of Board of Directors of the Society for Molding and Simulation International(SCS), Senior Vice President of SCS, SCS VP for Membership and SCS VP for Conferences, Dean of the College of Engineering at Prince Sultan University, Founding Dean of the College of Computing and Informatics at The University of Sharjah, Chair and tenured Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Science and Director of the MS Graduate Program in Data Analytics at Fordham university, Chair and tenured Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Director of the Graduate Program at Monmouth University, Chair and Professor of Computer Science Department at University of Texas-Permian Basin, Distinguished Professor at IIT-Dhanbad, Tenured Full Professor at King Abdullah II School of Information Technology (KASIT), University of Jordan, The PR of China Ministry of Education Distinguished Overseas Professor at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, China and an Honorary Distinguished Professor at the Amity University- A Global University. He is now a Distinguished Professor at KASIT, University of Jordan. He is also a Distinguished Professor at SRM University, the University of Science and Technology Beijing, and Amity University.
He has chaired numerous (Over 185) international conferences and has given numerous (Over 185) keynote speeches worldwide. He has served as an ABET/CSAB evaluator and on the IEEE CS Fellow Evaluation Committee. He has served as an IEEE CS Distinguished Speaker/Lecturer and an ACM Distinguished Lecturer. Since 2004, he has been serving as an SCS Distinguished Lecturer. He received many best paper awards for his papers, including ones from IEEE ICC, IEEE Globecom, AICSA, CITS, SPECTS, DCNET, IEEE ICCCA, and international conferences. He also received Best Paper awards from the IEEE Systems Journal in 2018 and in 2019 (2 Best Paper Awards). In 2020, he received 4 best paper awards from IEEE Systems Journal, and in 2021 received the best paper award from IEEE Systems Journal.
During his tenure as Founding Dean of the College of Computing and Informatics at the University of Sharjah, the Computer Sciences program has been ranked by Times for Higher Education (THE) as NUMBER 1 in the UAE and for the first time in the history of the University.
He also received many other worldwide awards for his technical contributions including: The 2018 IEEE ComSoc-Technical Committee on Communications Software 2018 Technical Achievement Award for contribution to Cybersecurity, Wireless Networks Computer Networks and Modeling and Simulation, SCS prestigious McLeod Founder's Award, Presidential Service Award, SCS Hall of Fame –Lifetime Achievement Award for his technical contribution to modeling and simulation and for his outstanding visionary leadership and dedication to increasing the effectiveness and broadening the applications of modeling and simulation worldwide. He also received the SCS Outstanding Service Award. He was awarded the IEEE CITS Hall of Fame Distinguished and Eminent Award. He also received the Nokia Distinguished Fellowship Award and Fulbright Distinguished Scholar Award, among others. He has been listed on the World's Top Career-long 2% Scientists as per Elsevier/Stanford University’s list since its inception.Professor Obaidat has been ranked recently by ScholarGPS as the top Lifetime scholar in the World in Telecommunications Systems Management and the top scholar in Telecommunications in the World in the prior 5 Years.For the past several years, including 2025, he has been ranked by research.com agency as the number ONE Computer Scientist and number ONE Scholar in Electronics and Electrical Engineering in Jordan.In recognition of his significant scientific contribution, Springer published recently a book honoring his contributions in Computing, Informatics, Networking, and Cybersecurity. It is entitled: Advances in Computing, Informatics, Networking and Cybersecurity - A Book Honoring Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat’s Significant Scientific Contributions. Prof. Obaidat is a Life Fellow of IEEE, a Fellow of AAIA, a Fellow of FTRA, a Fellow of AIIA, and a Fellow of SCS.
Dr. Abhay Jere

Dr. Abhay Jere is the Chief Innovation Officer, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. Before joining MHRD, Dr. Jere was Chief Scientist- Life Sciences and R&D Head for Persistent Systems Ltd. As Chief Innovation Officer, Dr. Jere is responsible for promoting all innovation related initiatives in higher education institutions. He is also the brain and driving force behind MHRD’s Smart India Hackathon initiative which is now recognized as the world's biggest open innovation model with participation from thousands of education institutions, lakhs of students and hundreds of industries.
Through MHRD, Dr. Jere has now established Institution's Innovation Councils (IIC) across 1000 institutions to facilitate creation of local innovation ecosystems in these institutions.Under guidance of Dr. Jere, MHRD is conceptualizing Student’s Startup policy, which will now allow students to start their own start-ups while studying. Recently, he was also instrumental in conceiving a very unique MBA program in ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship’ announced by All India Council for Technical education (AICTE)
Dr. Jere is instrumental in conceptualizing the first of its kind Atal Innovation Ranking framework (ARIIA) for ranking all education institutions on innovation achievements. .Dr. Jere is committed to popularizing the need for innovation and entrepreneurship amongst Indians, hence he routinely writes columns in renowned English and vernacular newspapers. He has also conceptualized ‘India First Leadership Talk Series’, which is telecasted on Lok Sabha TV.
Prof. U. B. Desai

Prof. Uday B. Desai is the Chancellor of ICFAI Dehradun & Anurag University, and Honorary Distinguished Professor at Plaksha University. He served as Director of IIT Hyderabad (2009–2019), and mentored IIT Bhilai and IIIT Chittoor. He is a Strategic Consultant at TSDSI and instrumental in taking IIT Hyderabad to a top 10 NIRF ranking.
Prof. Arun Kumar Pujari
Former Vice Chancellor, Central University of Rajasthan
Prof. Arun Kumar Pujari joined as Advisor & Professor Emeritus, Department of CSE, Mahindra University in November 2020. He had an extensive tenure from 1985 to 2019 at the School of Computer and Information Sciences, University of Hyderabad. His distinguished career includes serving as the Vice Chancellor of the Central University of Rajasthan (2015-2020) and Sambalpur University (2008-2011). Before joining the University of Hyderabad, Prof. Pujari served at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, and the AutoCarto Cell, Survey of India. His academic journey includes earning a Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur. Prof. Pujari has played pivotal roles in various advisory capacities, contributing to decision-making committees of organizations such as DST, UGC, AICTE, DOS, and more. Notably, he served as the Chairman of the Executive Committee on Conservation of Indian Heritage and Related Matters at DST. His involvement extends to serving as a member of the Programme Advisory & Monitoring Committee (PAMC) on the Technology Fusion and Application Research (TFAR) Program of the (DST), Government of India.
Prof. Sudip Misra
Professor, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur
Sudip Misra is a Professor and INAE Abdul Kalam Technology Innovation National Fellow in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Carleton University, in Ottawa, Canada. His current research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks and Internet of Things. Professor Misra has published over 460 scholarly research papers and 12 books. He has won nine research paper awards in different conferences and four best paper awards in IEEE journals. He was awarded the IEEE ComSoc Asia Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award at IEEE GLOBECOM 2012, California, USA. He was also the recipient of several academic awards and fellowships such as the Faculty Excellence Award (IIT Kharagpur), Young Scientist Award (National Academy of Sciences, India), Young Systems Scientist Award (Systems Society of India), Young Engineers Award (Institution of Engineers, India), (Canadian) Governor General’s Academic Gold Medal at Carleton University, the University Outstanding Graduate Student Award in the Doctoral level at Carleton University and the National Academy of Sciences, India – Swarna Jayanti Puraskar (Golden Jubilee Award), Samsung Innovation Awards-2014 at IIT Kharagpur, IETE-Biman Behari Sen Memorial Award-2014, and the Careers360 Outstanding Faculty Award in Computer Science for the year 2018 from the Honourable Minister for Human Resource Development (MHRD) of India.
Prof. Joel J. P. C. Rodrigues

Joel J. P. C. Rodrigues is a professor at the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI), Brazil; and senior researcher at the Instituto de Telecomunicações, Portugal. He received the Academic Title of Aggregated Professor in informatics engineering from UBI, the Habilitation in computer science and engineering from the University of Haute Alsace, France, a PhD degree in informatics engineering and an MSc degree from the UBI, and a five-year BSc degree (licentiate) in informatics engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal. His main research interests include IoT and sensor networks, e-health technologies vehicular communications, and mobile and ubiquitous computing. Prof. Rodrigues is the leader of the Next Generation Networks and Applications research group (CNPq), IEEE Distinguished Lecturer [2018-2021], Director for Conference Development - IEEE ComSoc Board of Governors [2018-2019], Technical Activities Committee Chair of the IEEE ComSoc Latin America Region Board [2018-2019], the President of the scientific council at ParkUrbis – Covilhã Science and Technology Park, a Past-Chair of the IEEE ComSoc Technical Committee on eHealth, a Past-chair of the IEEE ComSoc Technical Committee on Communications Software, Steering Committee member of the IEEE Life Sciences Technical Community and Publications co-Chair, and Member Representative of the IEEE Communications Society on the IEEE Biometrics Council.
Prof. Subhas C. Misra

Dr. Subhas C Misra received the Ph.D. degree in management from Carleton University, Ottawa, ON, Canada, in 2007, PDF, Harvard University, USA. He is currently an Professor with the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Kanpur, India. His research interests include process management, product lifecycle management, project management, managing supply chain services, business analytics/data analysis, enterprise resource planning, change and risk management, e-governance, and information systems.
Prof. Cowlessur Sanjeev K
Professor, Université des Mascareignes, Mauritius
His research interests are broadly in the area of Artificial Intelligence, more specifically Machine Learning, Data Mining, Big Data Analytics and their applications in solving real life problems.
His current research involves analysis of healthcare data, deriving insights, predicting trends and outcomes, optimising resources, and providing recommendations.
His teaching interests include cross platform mobile application development, discrete mathematics, linear algebra, automata and formal languages, numerical methods, Python programming.
He is a professional member of the British Computer Society (MBCS).
